La Coulée d’Aunis is a dry white wine, 100% Chenin Blanc, matured for 12 months in barrels. On the nose Jean-Noël is looking for the Chenin’s full complex aromatic range: citrus fruit, white fruit and exotic fruit with honeyed vanilla tones.
In the mouth the effect is a fine rich structure with a very fresh finish, making for a lively, complex, well-balanced wine.
