Wine, a wonderful story told in a glass
For Jean Noël Millon, a wine producer is not just someone who grows vines and makes wine. He also needs to be so close to the land that he can feel it and tell its story in a glass. His wines evoke the elegance of the land and charm the senses with their aromas and flavours.
Beautiful wines are not the result of chance. The vines and their potential to produce the finest grapes must be perfectly understood. Each year’s vintage has its roots in the past and influences the next one. Jean Noël Millon aims to bring you authentic wines in line with his philosophy of preserving and perfecting what is already here for future generations.
Produce wine, yes, but with respect for the plant, the land and the weather.
Our philosophy
Simple growing methods
His aim is to give the vines the best growing conditions for them to flourish. Out of respect for the soil, the vines and the wine, work is carried out according to the weather.
The Domain is officially recognised as organic. It makes full use of the phases of the moon and herbal preparations to strengthen the natural immunity of the vines.
The soil is worked and grass is allowed to grow naturally. To play a part in developing biodiversity, home produced compost and green fertilisers are used.

Our philosophy
The same philosophy in the cave
In the ancestral limestone cave, the wines are produced according to the same philosophy. The wines mature quietly in vats or barrels nine metres underground. Filtration and the addition of yeast or sulphite are extremely limited, to preserve the natural flavour of the wine.
Each vintage develops in its own time and tells its own story.
