Le Champ Fou is a plot of land situated in the heart of the Saumur Champigny appellation, planted with Cabernet Franc, and full of energy. It produces powerful juice which lends itself perfectly to a maturation in wood. After 12 months in barrels, the Le Champ Fou wine has a lot of character, with silky tannins and attractive, crisp red fruits.
